Best value for money so far. The room felt like a 4 star hotel, it was just small (expected because I booked a single). - The bathroom was very pretty and had literally everything - tub, slippers, robe, kits of any sort, a welcome bidet - Cleanliness level was great - A/C worked well - I had a huge terrace just for me - staff was nice - location was ideal I could not ask for more

It was quite central and about a 5 - 10 minute walk to the main part of town. The staff were wonderful - I managed to leave my backpack on the bus or in the taxi and, given language was a barrier, the wonderful receptionist phoned the taxi company and filled in the online lost property form for me (my backpack was retrieved as a result). We had a late bus on the day of checkout and were able to leave our luggage at reception to collect later that day.

I am so glad that my online request to have a balcony was accepted. The hotel is absolutely stunning; beautiful decor and excellent location. I would happily return and would highly recommend.

Really attractive hotel with excellent views from the balconies. Effective air con and nice bathrooms with fridges in the room a nice touch and very useful. Good location for the old town - walkable to Alhambra but a bit hot when we stayed so we didn’t!

I couldn’t believe my eyes that a 3-star hotel could offer such an incredible room. Although it was small, it had absolutely everything: a bathrobe, toothbrushes, shaving kits, shower gel, and even a shoe-cleaning sponge. A special highlight was the bed – it had a memory foam mattress, and we slept like babies! The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to check in early – thank you so much! The location was also perfect.

The location is great and the hotel was a really good value. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fully-equipped with hair dryer and amenities such as a dental and shaving kit, etc. and there was plenty of storage, but the bathroom was quite dated. The room had a mini fridge and a few hangers and good charging outlets and everything was very clean.

Location was great, hotel was nice and pleasant, but it was the staff, particularly Estrella and Nina at the front desk that made us feel at home and were always so helpful, no matter how many questions we had. Their suggestions were always right on spot. Definitely would stay again and recommend it. Thank you!

This the third time we have stayed at this hotel. We are currently house hunting in the Granada area so it is perfectly located close to the main attractions yet accessible to the surrounding area with parking close by. The staff a so friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the shower which was fixed within 15 minutes of us reporting it and when we asked for softer pillows this was not a problem. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good with great coffee ( very important) it is likely that we will be going down to Granada again within the next couple of months and will definitely book here again.

City centre hotel on main road 10 mins walk from centre and sights, 5 mins to riverwalkway. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff and great for a city break. Try taberna granados just round the corner. Superb! Taxi (8euro) to (and walk back) alhambra advised as its a uphill!!
